How do I get to St. Anton am Arlberg?
It’s easy to get to St. Anton. If you’re travelling by train, we’ll pick you up at the train station in St. Anton and provide you with a shuttle service free of charge. All major international long-distance and express trains stop in St. Anton. If you’re travelling by car, you can reach us safely all year round. Simply click on the route planner and you’ll receive your tailored directions. Please note that the “Vignette” toll sticker is mandatory on all Austrian motorways and winter tyres are required from 1 November onwards.
Where can I park?
During your stay, a parking space is available for you to use in the hotel car park. We’ll be happy to take care of parking for you.
What is the cancellation policy?
No one knows what the future holds. But one thing you can easily avoid are cancellation fees in the event that you have to change your holiday plans. Our Arpuria tip: Take out travel cancellation insurance. The Austrian hotel and contract regulations provide for the following cancellation costs:
- up to 3 months before arrival – free cancellation
- up to 1 month before arrival – 50% cancellation costs
- up to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation costs
- in the week of arrival – 90% cancellation costs

When is Aria Spa open?
Here’s a quick overview of the opening times:
- Pool: from 7.30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Sauna area: from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Fireplace lounge: from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Can I use the Aria Spa before check-in or after check-out?
Did your journey go more smoothly than expected? Fantastic! Your suite at Arpuria isn’t ready for you yet? Then you can use Aria Spa free of charge while waiting for your room. Is there one thing you’re especially hoping for on your day of departure: not to go home just yet? Then take advantage of Aria Spa indulgence plus (without room) for €25.00 per adult. You can immerse yourself in the spa area for the whole day and recharge your batteries at the afternoon buffet. That way, you can start your journey home relaxed and full of energy. All stress-free (and hopefully traffic-free, too).
I’d like to go tobogganing. Where can I get a toboggan?
You can easily hire toboggans at all three sports shops near the Nassereinbahn cable car. If you wish, the Nassereinbahn cable car will take you and your toboggan to the start of the toboggan run.
Where can I store my skis?
Ski storage is reserved for you directly at the Galzigbahn cable car valley station with Arpuria partner Intersport Arlberg. Carrying skis around everywhere – no, thank you!
You’ll also find a heated ski room for your equipment at your hidden luxury mountain home.
Which is the closest ski slope?
There are winter ski resorts, and then there’s St. Anton. The closest place where you can access winter skiing fun or summer hiking enjoyment is the Galzigbahn cable car valley station in the centre of St. Anton. A total of 300 kilometres of pistes await you in the St. Anton ski resort as well as an extensive hiking network through the Tyrolean
Après-ski in St. Anton – how do I get back to Arpuria?
Until 6 p.m., we’ll bring you back with the hotel shuttle. After that, it’s best to take a taxi. Our tip: taxi firm “Der Antoner”.
How much is the deposit?
We’ll let you know how much the deposit is in your booking confirmation. You can easily pay the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. You can then pay the remaining amount at the hotel.
When will my room be ready for me?
Your suite or room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. on the day of your arrival. Please vacate your suite or room by 11 a.m. on the day of your departure.
Are there children’s rates at Arpuria?
The following rates apply for your children (in the same room as two full-paying guests):
- 0-3 years old: €0.00 per night
- From 3 years old: 50% discount on the applicable room rate
How can I pay at Arpuria?
Of course, we accept all common Maestro, debit, and credit cards, or you can also simply pay by bank transfer. Please check the foreign limit of your cards before starting your journey.
